Airbnb Turnover & Maintenance Services
The team at Tidie Property Services is currently managing many Airbnb properties across Canberra. We have extensive experience in all aspects of maintaining an Airbnb premises ensuring that our hosts never have the need to be involved in the manual side of the process.
Services we provide for Airbnb properties include:
- Changing, washing and replacing all bed linen and towels
- Inventory control and restocking of guest incidentals
- Cleaning of Airbnb properties after each guest stay in accordance with the Airbnb 5 step enhanced cleaning service
- Image transfer to hosts before each guest check in to ensure they can track any damage or missing items after a guest stay
Meal Preparation & Cooking
The team at Tidie Property Services has over 17 years experience in the hospitality and cooking industry. With a fully qualified chef on board we have the ability to offer both meal preparation and cooking services for you and your family. These meals can be prepared for cooking yourself or cooked for you either in the comfort of your own home or off site and delivered to you.
Our meal preparation services can be utilised on a weekly basis where multiple meals can be cooked and/or prepared or for a special occasion or event.
